Session Confidentiality
All therapy sessions — whether online or in-person — are strictly confidential. What you share in sessions is protected by professional ethics guidelines and Moldovan law. Your personal information will never be shared with third parties without your explicit written consent, except in the following legally required circumstances:
• Immediate risk of serious harm to yourself or another person
• A court order requiring disclosure
• Mandatory reporting obligations under Moldovan law
These exceptions are discussed openly at the start of our work together.
Information Collected via This Website
Contact form: When you submit a booking request, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, session type preference, and any message you include. This information is stored securely and used only to respond to your enquiry and arrange sessions.
Mood journal: Mood entries are stored against an anonymous session identifier generated in your browser. We cannot link mood data to your identity. Notes you add are stored but are not read or analysed by staff — they are used only to provide AI-generated pattern insights within the tool.
Self-assessments: Assessment answers and scores are stored anonymously. They are not linked to your identity and are used only to provide your result.
AI chat tools: Conversations with the AI tools are not stored on our servers. They are processed in real-time and discarded after your session ends.
Cookies and Local Storage
This site uses minimal browser storage for essential functionality only:
• lang (cookie) — stores your language preference (EN, RO, or RU)
• theme (localStorage) — stores your light/dark mode preference
• moodSession (localStorage) — an anonymous ID used to retrieve your mood history
• crisisDismissed (sessionStorage) — remembers if you have closed the crisis banner
No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics are used on this site.
Third-Party Services
This site uses the following external services:
• Google Fonts — to load the Poppins typeface. Google may log your IP address as part of this request.
• Bootstrap Icons (served via CDN) — for icons. No personal data is collected by this service.
• Anthropic Claude API — AI responses are generated using Claude. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers for processing and are subject to Anthropic's privacy policy. No personally identifying information is required to use the AI tools.
No data is ever sold to third parties.
Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 2 years to support ongoing client relationships, after which they are deleted. Mood and assessment data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
Your Rights
