For those aged 16+, sessions can be held independently. For under 16, a parent/guardian must give initial consent, though session content remains confidential.

Do you work with teenagers without parental consent?

For young people aged 16 and over, sessions can be held independently without parental consent — and session content remains confidential. For those under 16, initial parental consent is required, but what is discussed in sessions is still private.

Do you offer a free introductory consultation?

Yes — a free 15-minute call is available to answer your questions and help you decide if this is the right fit. You can request one via the contact page. There is no obligation and no pressure.

Do you treat BPD differently from other conditions?

Yes. BPD is treated using Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) — the gold-standard, evidence-based approach developed specifically for BPD. This involves individual therapy alongside skills training in mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. It is more structured than general therapy and produces very good results.

Are online sessions as effective as in-person?

Research shows online therapy is equally effective as in-person for the vast majority of conditions. Online sessions offer flexibility, privacy, and access from anywhere in Moldova or internationally. If you have a preference, we can discuss what suits you best.
